Delivery

Once you've placed your order it takes 1-3 business days to process your order and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.

We ship to all of Europe. Your parcels will be handled through the carrier service DHL. For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €3,95 for standard shipping. For shipping to the rest of Europe we will charge €10,00. 

 

Return

If, however, your order is not quite to your liking, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unworn/unused and include all attached tags/original packaging.

Please send an email to info@noel-noel.nl to notify your return along with your order number. We will provide you the return information. Place the items you want to return back in the original shipping box. 

Return costs are not covered by Noël Noël. We advise you to return your package using a track and trace code, as we can't take responsibility for lost or damages packages.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
